“Tracking The Truth, Because the Mainstream Media Won’t”

Now just wearing McCain-Palin T-shirt is racist?

with 2 comments

A 12 yr old girl, who is volunteering @ the Republican Headquarters in New Smyrna Beach. She recieved a Palin t-shirt which was a gift from her fellow volunteers.  She wanted to express her 1st Amendent right and wear her shirt to school.  Well when she got to school, she found out that politics is not always enjoyable.

The seventh grader at New Smyrna Beach Middle School was called a racist by classmates for wearing her pro-Sarah Palin t-shirt.

“Some of the students were calling me racist because I was Caucasian,” she said. “I wanted the Caucasian man to win. And I told them that’s not true. It’s my freedom of speech, it’s my opinion.”

Jones’ parents say they aren’t mad at the school they just want everyone including their daughter to voice their opinion constructively.

And I agree with her parents, this is not a case where the school is at fault.  Who is at fault is the parents of the children who allow their children to either hear what their parents are saying, (which if they are spewing this hatred then they are disgusting) or by letting them watch the trash and commercials that are being thrown out all over TV.

Bless this young ladies heart.  She is getting involved early in politics and that is what we need.

  1. Yeah and if she was Black and wearing an Obama shirt when it happened, the ACLU, NAACP, DNC and others would be all over that school calling for everyone to be fired and the offending children removed from their parents’ custody.
